I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2012, with a background in studios, community spaces, universities and retreat settings, primarily in London.
My approach is creative, accessible and intuitive, combining gentle movement, breath, meditation and rest.
My teaching evolved over many years in London, where I led regular classes, workshops, and retreats abroad, while also deepening a more personal, intuitive way of working with individuals and small groups. Alongside this, I continued to support clients through holistic therapies.
Now based in Europe, I remain open to collaborations, retreats and opportunities where I can share my experience and support others.
If you feel a connection to my work, or have an idea you’d like to explore, I’d be happy to hear from you.

My journey with nature, wellness, and holistic health began on my family’s eco farm in Lithuania.
After university, I worked in publishing as an editor and language stylist, including at a holistic health magazine.
Moving to London opened next chapter. After holistic massage helped cure my long lasting shoulder pain, I was so amazed by this that I decided to train as a holistic therapist and set up a part-time business. Soon after, I discovered yoga and Pilates and realised that yoga is like self-massage. At this point – 20 years ago – I started to develop my regular diligent yoga practice, inspired by many great teachers and learning from many styles: Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga.
My introduction to Vinyasa yoga began with David Lefebvre Sell, who instilled in me a big love for this style.
Also I am grateful to Amanda Wright and Angelika Grohmann for inspiring and teaching me Yin Yoga and Meditation.
In addition, I hold an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage, a Postgraduate Diploma in Aroma-Stress, and Certificates of Professional Training in Ayurvedic Therapies, Reflexology, Stress Relief Massage and Reiki.
I always bring this varied knowledge and holistic approach into my yoga teaching. I teach Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, and Yogalates (a fusion of yoga and Pilates.
Excessive training and practice allows me to create my own style which responds to the natural rhythms of life and the uniques needs of each person. I aim to offer a nurturing, accessible practice that supports each individual's journey towards greater ease, vitality, and inner calm. I share my experience and knowledge with passion, thoughtfulness and empathy.
Yoga is the answer to all my questions, and my main cure physically and emotionally. I am amazed how yoga philosophy and psychology reflects the human condition, how they relate to our daily lives and simple activities.
Yoga always helped me through the difficult times of my life. It has saved me from the back pain and helped to deal with severe stress. I have gained a lot of physical strength and flexibility as well as inner peace, calmness and optimism. I learned to live in the present moment and enjoy it. I wish everyone found the great path of Yoga!
