I have been practicing yoga for two decades and teaching for the past 12 years. My classes emphasise breath, presence, awareness, and mindfulness, fostering strength and flexibility in both the body and mind in a relaxed manner.
By organising wellness-yoga retreats, I can seamlessly integrate my passions for healthy sustainable living, yoga, and travel. This allows me to offer a unique experience for individuals who share similar passions and are on a journey to discover their true selves.
