Hello, and welcome to Yoga With Loreta! I am an experienced yoga teacher in Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs, Island Gardens, London and online, providing corporate, private one to one and group classes, also open sessions online and in person. I offer personalised yoga sessions for people of all abilities and levels of experience from the spacious Riverside studio in Calders Wharf, Isle of Dogs E14 3PS, along with Yoga in the Park in the beautiful backdrop of Island Gardens E14 3EB from May to the end September when weather allows. (Covid precautions are respected.) I am happy to teach private yoga classes at your place as well.

Having practiced yoga for 17 years and taught for 9, I offer a wide range of yoga types to suit different needs, from Dynamic Vinyasa to Hatha Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Along with running yoga sessions for groups in the studio and outside, I can also work directly with you on a one-to-one basis, allowing you to learn and choose on the exact kind of yoga you want to do. My sessions are beginner friendly and personalised to meet your specific goals, with a particular emphasis on mindfulness, presence and breath work (pranayama) that cleanse, balance mind and body and help you feel more peaceful and relaxed. However, having been practising for years and learning from many great teachers and yoga schools, I work with different styles and can help with a number of areas, from improved focus and posture to better flexibility and strength, healthy back and more.

Open Group Classes

My yoga classes are available from the studio at Calders Wharf, Isle of Dogs E14 3PS. Doing yoga together in a physical setting is something many people have missed over the last year or so, and I offer people of all abilities a safe spacious place to build strength, flexibility and balance in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, I enhance my in-studio classes with essential oils (optional) which is well received.


Hatha Flow & Meditation, also online

6.45 – 7.45pm

The classes are based on the classical Hatha Yoga postures linked together by the breath. We will start with yogic breath tuning inwards and warming up, followed by some dynamic sequence (like Vinyasa, only slower) & mat work on shoulders, spine, back, hips, and will finish with a short guided meditation and final relaxation Savasana.

It is a great opportunity to stop for an hour, listen to your body, practice mindfulness, recharge, the same time getting benefits of strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility, plus an opportunity to learn breathing, balance and relaxation techniques.

Mindful Vinyasa,

9.45 – 10.45am

Vinyasa is “flowing yoga”- moving with the breath, smooth transitions between asanas (yoga poses), repetitive mindful movements. Start your weekend with a good energy, build some body strength, stretch your back, open through the hips and shoulders, balance, focus and relax, moving and holding yoga poses with the breath, practicing mindfulness.

You get your self-care, exercises, meditation techniques - all in a one-hour yoga class. It's your wellness package!

Price: £12 or £10 with class package


Yoga in the Park

at Island Gardens E14 3EB


The class is suitable for beginner - intermediate levels and to anyone who wants to enjoy a mindful movement in the beautiful surroundings at the Island Gardens, riverside near the Greenwich foot tunnel.

We'll move through asanas, yoga poses, with the breath, connecting inwards, body&mind, working on flexibility and strength, releasing stiffness and opening through the back, shoulders and hips. We'll practice sun salutations, dynamic flow then hold stretches for longer in Yin style to explore the body not only at the physical but also at the mental/emotional and energy level.

It helps to release physical and mental tension, free up the energy flow and perhaps to discover something new. 

You'd leave feeling exercised, relaxed and refreshed, with a good energy for the rest of the day and perhaps even coming week!

Suggested donation: £10

Important: By attending a class you are totally responsible for your practice, how it affects you. If any injuries or health condition, always talk to me before a class. I do my best to conduct safe classes, provide modifications to suit different needs. Classes are fully compliant with government covid guidelines. Please do not turn up if you have any cough, cold or flu symptoms.

Refund policy: 24 hour cancellation. In case of sudden rain, I'll refund your outdoor yoga payment or transfer to your next class. If you prefer paying cash, please place it to an envelope or a piece of paper.

Corporate Yoga

Many people work on computers in offices or from home, meaning most of their week is spent in a sedentary position. This kind of work strains the neck, shoulder and back muscles, which in turn causes tension, stiffness, and affects overall quality of life. That is why I work with businesses to deliver yoga to employees and help them feel calmer, more flexible, and improve concentration. Other benefits include:

Private Yoga

Private teaching is my speciality. I go an extra mile trying to work out how yoga practice can be uniquely useful for the particular person. I would make sure you are comfortable with the way I present/teach yoga and that the class makes you feel good.

Private yoga sessions allow you to deepen your yoga practice or take the first steps in a way that suits you. This lets you to receive individual attention, support and do the exact kind of yoga you want in a private, friendly environment. We will speak about your goals – improving breathing, feeling more relaxed, peaceful, boosting strength, flexibility, releasing a stiff back etc. – and create a programme that is tailored to your precise needs and lifestyle. Sessions, arranged at a time convenient for you, can either be done in-person outdoors in summer, online, in the studio (subject to availability) or from the comfort of your own home.

In addition, I offer Restorative yoga sessions. It is total relaxation in lying poses using lots of props: blankets, cushions, bolsters, blocks. I have been trained with the yoga world legend and “queen of restorative yoga” Judith Lasater and have gained skills how to teach people quieten the mind, destress, let go, relax and rest properly. I can induce this wellness session with aroma oils and even with Reiki.

From £50 per session, depending on time, location, and number of classes booked
